Linda Lou Holzworth, born on August 22, 1947, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 24, 2025, at Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was a cherished figure to her family and friends, known for her unwavering support and dedication.
A notable career in Quality Assurance within the Textiles industry showcased her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. However, Linda's true legacy lies in her profound role as a mother and friend. She was affectionately known as "Mom to All," a title she embraced fully by always putting her family first and creating a welcoming environment for all who crossed her threshold. Linda never missed any of her children's sporting events, with the only exception being to attend her oldest son's college graduation—a testament to her unwavering commitment to her children's achievements.
Linda was not just a mother; she was a friend to her children's friends, constantly ensuring that everyone felt cared for and had what they needed. Her home was often filled with the laughter and camaraderie of youth, as she truly enjoyed being surrounded by loved ones.
In addition to her nurturing presence, Linda was a dedicated member of Front Street Baptist Church, where she not only participated actively but also contributed significantly to the church's food pantry, reflecting her caring and giving personality.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Reigle, who is married to Sandy, Scott Holzworth, and Charles Holzworth. Linda also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Andrew Holzworth, William Holzworth, Drake Holzworth, Raegan Holzworth, Jacob Reigle, and Ella Reigle, as well as her great-grandchildren, Sapphira Holzworth and Elliot Holzworth Garay. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Donald Reigle, who is married to Kathryn, and her sisters, Fern Warner, Patricia Boltz, Margaret Hill, and Carol Hoffman, who is married to Galin.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Knoche Reigle, and her father, Daniel Wolfensberger Reigle.
The memorial service in honor of Linda Lou Holzworth will be held at Front Street Baptist Church in Statesville, NC, on January 31, 2025, commencing at 11:00 AM with Pastor Troy Skora officiating.
Linda's memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, who will remember her not just for her accomplishments, but for the love and warmth she brought into their lives.
