Linda Lee Ivie has peacefully passed away surrounded by love on December 1, 1945, at the age of 80.

Linda was born on October 18, 1945, in Waco, Texas, to Bobbie Geanelle and Wesley A. Bray. She graduated high school, going on to work in the banking industry for over 40 years, as well as earning her real estate license. She loved crafting, antique shopping with her dear friend, Judy Trice, and traveling the US and Europe with her dear friend, Linda Griffin and her sister-in-law, Linda Shumate. She treasured time spent with her family and watching Hayden grow up and thrive.

Linda is predeceased by her spouse, Charles Ellis Ivie; parents, Bobbie and Wesley Bray; her brother, Compton “Ike” Shumate.

Those left to cherish Linda’s memory are her son, Charles and Diana Ivie; her sister, Marsha and Michael Richards; her brothers, John and Vivian Montgomery, David and Amy Montgomery; her grandson, Hayden Ivie; her nieces and nephew who were more like grandchildren to her, Jordan Claunch, Arial Miller, and Adam Claunch, along with numerous other nieces and nephews who were near and dear to her heart, as well as other loving family members and friends.
