Linda B. Krohn (nee Weink), age 77 of Hartford, Wisconsin, (formerly of Milwaukee) passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Froedtert Hospital in West Bend.
Linda was born on March 8, 1947, in Milwaukee WI, to her parents Janet (nee Kausch) and Edward Weink Sr. She was united in marriage to Robert H. Krohn on September 23, 1967, in Milwaukee. Linda worked as the church secretary for Wellington Park Lutheran Church for many years. She later worked in Radiology at St. Joesph's hospital in Milwaukee, where she eventually retired and moved to Hartford. Linda enjoyed being a part of her church and spending time with her loved grandsons.
Linda is survived by her sons, Brett (Gabriela) Krohn of Hartford and Darrin Krohn of the Town of Erin; dear grandsons, Mason and Parker Krohn; siblings, Edward Weink, Dennis (Mona) Weink, Lori (Chad) Knutson, and John (Dawn) Weink; she is further survived by many other loved nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Janet; beloved husband of 45 years, Robert; and siblings, Sandra Zacharias and Jerry Weink.
Funeral Services for Linda will be held on Friday, April 26th, 2024, at Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St, Hartford, WI 53027) with Rev. Aida Muniz officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m. until the start of service at 7:00 p.m. Committal will take place the following day, Saturday, April 27th, 2024, at Big Falls Cemetery, in Waupaca, WI, at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family or to Redeemer Lutheran Church are appreciated.
