Linda Jane Lowe, a cherished sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, in Marlow, Oklahoma. Born on September 2, 1952, in Duncan, Oklahoma, Linda was a beacon of kindness and intelligence throughout her life, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

No services are scheduled at this time, but all cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services.

Linda's early years were spent in the nurturing company of her parents, Clyde and Florence (Scott) Lowe. Her spirit of curiosity and love for learning led her to the halls of Oklahoma University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree. Linda's academic achievements were a testament to her dedication and intellect, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

Professionally, Linda devoted herself to the field of healthcare, working as a Lab technologist at the Baptist Hospital. Her work was more than a job; it was a calling that allowed her to contribute to the well-being of others. Linda's compassion and professionalism were appreciated by colleagues and patients alike.

A devout Christian, Linda found great solace and purpose in her faith. She was an active member of Crossings Community Church, where her melodious voice graced the choir for many years. Linda's involvement in her church community was a reflection of her loving nature and her commitment to her beliefs.

Linda's interests were as varied as they were heartfelt. She was an avid supporter of OU football, her enthusiasm for the game as unwavering as her loyalty to her team. Her garden was a place of solace and beauty, a reflection of Linda's nurturing spirit. Television provided a window to the world and a wellspring of conversation. Above all, Linda cherished her pets, whose companionship brought her immeasurable joy.

Linda's legacy is carried on by her beloved sister, Jacque Grissom of Marlow, and her adoring nieces and nephews: Stephanie Burnett of Marlow, Georgia Davis and husband Tim of Moore, and Chris Burnett of Temple, TX. She was also a loving great-aunt to Morgan Ford, Whitney Ford, Haylee Villanueva and husband Mark, and Tyler Burnett. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and they will continue to honor her memory by living out the values she embodied.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

Linda Jane Lowe's life was a tapestry of love, kindness, and intelligence. She left a lasting mark on this world, and her light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who loved her.
