Linda Lee Marchini

Linda Lee Marchini, 73, of Macomb, Illinois, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Linda was born on February 27, 1952, in Avon, Illinois, to Ehrman and Marie Huff. She was united in marriage to David Lee Marchini, on November 7, 1970. A 1970 graduate of Bushnell-Prairie City High School, Linda later worked at Western Illinois University. More importantly, she dedicated her life to serving others and living out her faith daily. She was a faithful member of the Macomb Assembly of God Church, where she joyfully worshipped and built lasting friendships, and she enjoyed spending time at the local YMCA. Her gentle spirit and warm smile reflected the love of Jesus to everyone she met. Linda has now been reunited in Heaven with her husband, David, and her parents, Ehrman and Marie. She is survived by her sister, Rebecca Derrington of North Yorkshire, England; one nephew, Adam Derrington; and two great-nephews, Jago and Guy Derrington. Linda's life was a testimony of God's grace and goodness. Though she will be deeply missed, her family and friends rejoice in knowing she is safely home in the arms of Jesus. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday November 11, 2025 at the Bushnell Township Cemetery with Bob Tillman officiating.
