Obituary published on Legacy.com by Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Feb. 16, 2026.
Linda Milton was born on May 11, 1956, in Oak Grove, Louisiana, to the proud parents of Celeste Davis and Jarsh Milton. She peacefully entered eternal rest on January 26, 2026.

Linda lived a life filled with strength, compassion, humor, and unwavering love for her family, friends, and everyone blessed to cross her path. She was preceded in death by three of her beloved siblings: her brothers Rev. Carlton Milton and Roy L. Milton, and her sister Gwendolyn Milton: her nieces, Reginald V. Davis Of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Kendra D. Glenn Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Henry J. Johnson Jr. Of Brooklyn Park Minnesota, Quintana Milton Chicago, Illinois Carmina Milton of Minneapolis, Minnesota and her baby niece, Natasha Milton, who proceeded her in death of Chicago, Illinois.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her eldest sister, Mary L. Eustache, along with a host of extended family members, friends, and loved ones whose lives she touched deeply.

Linda was known for her incredible memory and her warm, welcoming personality. She had a special gift for connecting with people. If you met Linda, one of the first things she would lovingly ask about was your pets, as she was an avid animal lover and found great joy in hearing stories about them.

Linda also found comfort and happiness in simple pleasures. She faithfully enjoyed watching Steve Harvey, which was her favorite daily show and a source of laughter and entertainment. She loved classic television, especially westerns and timeless favorites such as:

• Gunsmoke

• Petticoat Junction

• The Andy Griffith Show

• Green Acres

Music was deeply meaningful to Linda, especially Southern Gospel Quartet music. Her favorite groups included:

• The Fantastic Keynotes

• The Williams Brothers

• The Canton Spirituals

• The Jubilaires

• The Pilgrim Jubilees

Her most cherished singer of all was Mr. Paul Beasley, whose voice brought her great comfort and joy.

Linda's legacy is one of love, kindness, laughter, and unwavering faith. Her beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
