Linda Salazar, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on Dec 2nd, 2025 at the age of 71. Born in Des Moines, IA on Dec 1st 1954, Linda lived a life filled with compassion, resilience, and joy.
She dedicated her life to her family and friends, and her kindness touched everyone she met. Linda was known for loving, caring and yet sarcastic personality. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it.
She is survived by her son Evan Salazar (43); granddaughter, Luna Salazar (10) of El Paso, TX; and her sister Deborah Wiorek, and preceded in death by her mother Patty L Aswegan. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
