It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Linda (Derosier) Sciammacco, 71, of Worcester, who passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
Linda is survived by her beloved children, Richard Magaw III, Mark Magaw, Sr., and Marlene Magaw; her adored grandchildren, Kyle Eurenius, Mark Magaw, Jr., Joseph Magaw, and Keagan Magaw and Rhianna; her cherished sisters, Barbara Burbo, Angela Burbo, and Cindy Derosier; her dear brother, Steven Derosier; and many nieces and nephews. Sadly, in addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by her siblings, Darlene Derosier, Lori Adkins, Christine “Tina” Budzinski, and Armand Derosier, Jr.
Born in Worcester on January 14, 1954, Linda was the daughter of the late Armand and Barbara (LeBeau) Derosier. Graduate of David Prouty High School in Spencer
Linda found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandkids and helping patients at work. She would play the lottery daily numbers and loved a good scratch ticket. Linda enjoyed relaxing on the couch watching her favorite shows every day, but everyone knew, Sundays were for football, a true New England Patriot fan.
A period of Calling Hours will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 10:00a.m. until her Funeral Service at 12:00p.m. at Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Immediately following Services, Linda will be laid to rest in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
