Linda Parsons Shroll, 75, of Aurora, Colorado passed away February 25, 2024 after battling cancer. She was born in Ogden, Utah on February 21, 1949 to Carl and Thora Phillips and graduated from Ogden High School in 1967.
Linda started her career in Ogden, Utah as a telephone operator before relocating to Greenwood Village, Colorado in 1981. She worked her way up to process manager before retiring from the phone company after 30 years to open a coffeehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. She moved back to Colorado in 1999 and worked as a business consultant before retiring again in 2018.
Linda was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, friend, and coworker. She had an infectious smile and laugh that made everyone feel welcome. She was devoted to her family and serving others.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Shroll, and parents Carl and Thora.
Linda is survived by her daughter Lela (Jacob) Perkins, son Bridger (Jennifer) Parsons, stepdaughter Sheila (Brian) Winsor, and two sisters, Judith Hansen and Carlene Rollo. Linda is also survived by eight wonderful grandchildren: Pierce, Adalai, Sam, Dawson, Matthew, Lydia, Brianna, and Kaylee.
Memorial service will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Grace Chapel, 8505 S. Valley Highway, Englewood, Colorado 80112. A public viewing will be held prior to the memorial service, beginning at 9:15 AM.
Graveside service will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 880 E. Wolfensberger Road, Castle Rock, Colorado 80109.
