77, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, at HopeHealth Hospice in Providence. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (Bodley) Nimblett.
Linda was a dedicated professional who spent 28 years working at Ann and Hope and later contributed her talents to Target for an additional 10 years.
Linda was deeply cherished by her family and friends. She found immense joy in being around her loved ones, often hosting Sunday gatherings that brought everyone together. Her trips to Florida to spend time with her sister Debra and brother-in-law Chuck were highlights in her life, as were the memorable cruises she took with close friends. A passionate New England Patriots fan, Linda's enthusiasm for the game was exciting. She also shared many special moments playing Yahtzee with her daughter Kelly, tackling challenging puzzles, and immersing herself in audiobooks.

Sister of Debra McCreery and her husband Chuck of Florida, and the late John Nimblett, Sandra Winn, and Dian Vittorioso. Linda leaves behind a loving legacy, including many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her faithful dog, Sandy May.
