Mama Wilks I am so very thankful for the time we spent together. She was such a loving and caring woman. She was a mentor, role model, friend, neighbor, wife, grandmother, mother who cherished her loved ones especially her grandchildren. She loved her music, we would sit for hours and sing, talk, pray, laugh whatever the Lord led us to do. I will miss her, but I know her family misses her more. She's rejoicing and dancing all over Heaven and resting in the arms of our heavenly Father.

Our thoughts are with you at this special time. Miss Linda has a very special place in our hearts. She warmly excepted our family into her home and into the Rich Hill, MO community when Vernon was called to be the pastor at First Baptist Church. She was a woman who loves our Lord and Savior and serves him in many ways.
