Lindsay Ellyce Mitchell, born on February 24, 1993, in Richmond, Virginia, deeply touched the lives of those around her until her passing on July 2, 2025. She was a cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, known for her kind-hearted nature and unwavering dedication to helping others.

Throughout her career, Lindsay exemplified a strong work ethic, spending valuable years as a customer service representative with several companies, followed by a recent position in the assessors office in Benton. Her professional journey was marked by her commitment to excellence and support for her colleagues and clients alike.

A passionate animal lover, Lindsay shared a special bond with her emotional support dog, Barry Allen, who was her constant companion. She was the family expert when it came to the care of animals, demonstrating a genuine affection that was evident to all who knew her. Lindsay’s compassion extended beyond her love for animals; she was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her desire to serve others led her to train with the Shaw Fire Department in her pursuit of making a meaningful difference in her community.

In addition to her community-minded spirit, Lindsay was a vibrant member of the online XBOX gaming community. She reached out to fellow gamers who may have been struggling, offering encouragement and support during tough times. Her ability to connect with others and foster uplifting relationships was a testament to her character.

Lindsay leaves behind her loving parents, Randy and Dawn Mitchell; her brothers, Wesley and Bentley Mitchell; her maternal grandmother, Charline Dowell; her aunt, Tracy Huggins, along with her husband Tom; her cousins, J.T. Huggins and Cooper Huggins; and her boyfriend, Jody Caple. She is survived by many other close family members and friends who will always love and miss her.

Lindsay was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Glenn Dowell, and her paternal grandparents, Sebern and Madeline Mitchell. Her impact on the lives she touched will never be forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Lindsay's life at the Northside Church of Christ in Benton, Arkansas. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 11:30 AM.
