Gardiner was the person you´d always want on your side. He´d do anything to help. I once owned a home in Old NE St Petersburg. Gardiner joined me for dinner and thought I needed a small end table. So he went back to Atlanta and made me one. It was a beautiful, thoughtful, and generous gift. I will always remember his laugh and smile. It´s contagious. Then was the beautiful wedding, Susan as the perfect partner. One of my last visits, while they still lived in Atlanta, he escorted me to the gate as I was driving. He saw me off, standing at the gate, waving goodbye. It was a precious moment. Oh yes, then there was the race to Mexico! . I loved Gardiner dearly. Many happy memories. Susan, you are always welcome in Poulsbo WA for a visit.
