Lisa M. Bartoshevich

Lisa Marie Bartoshevich (née Demers), 61, of Exeter, Rhode Island, passed away on December 21, 2023, after a long battle with neuroendocrine cancer.
She was born in 1962 in Warwick, Rhode Island, the daughter of Noel and Lucille Demers (née St. Jean). She graduated from West Warwick High School in 1980, then went on to Bryant University, earning a degree in accounting.
Lisa married Joseph Bartoshevich on August 9, 1986, at St. John The Baptist. Together they have one daughter, Alyssa Bartoshevich of New Orleans, Louisiana.
She worked as an accountant for Metlife Auto and Home in Warwick for 12 years. She retired as a Corporate Accountant at W.R.Cobb in 2021.
Lisa was treasurer for the East Greenwich Lions Club, dedicating much of her work to the Rhode Island Sight Foundation.
She was a lector for many years for St. Bernard Church in North Kingstown.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Joseph Bartoshevich; daughter, Alyssa Bartoshevich; mother, Lucille Demers; brother, Paul Demers; and her two beloved cats, Celeste and Lady Marmalade.
She was preceded in death by her father, Noel Demers, who died in 1999.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 5-7pm at the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 10am at St. Bernard Church, 275 Tower Hill Rd., North Kingstown. Interment will follow at Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
