Christian Biography of Lisa Marie Boyles
Lisa Marie was born to Frank and Bonnie Langer on November 28, 1963 in
Superior, Nebraska. She passed away on November 16, 2025 at her home in Webber, Kansas at the age of 61 years, 11 months, 19 days.
Throughout her school years she attended Superior Public Schools, where she was active in Band, Cheerleading, Future Homemakers of America, and Superior High School National Honor Society. After high school Lisa attended Central Community College receiving her Dental Hygienist Degree. She was a devoted member of both the Superior and Webber church communities. In her devotion she earned an 18-year perfect attendance award, an active member of youth group, Women's group, and Church council.
She was a very active 11-year member of the Webber Wide Awake 4-H Club. This passion for "making the best better" carried with her long into her adult years helping youth including her own 3 children. She was a 4-H club leader for 21 years, she was active in Jewell County Fair Board and Jewell County 4-H Council.
On August 6th, 1983 Lisa married the love of her life Todd Boyles, in
Superior, Ne. They were blessed with 3 children Brennan Marie, Callie Elizabeth, and Brett Allen. After marriage Lisa and Todd shared so many adventures and created the best memories together. Lisa and Todd built a wonderful life together by building an incredible business serving hundreds of customers and building the most incredible friendships that will last an eternity.
Lisa spent 32 years in dedicated service to Lovewell Lake State Park and the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks. She always loved her co-workers that turned into family and her customers. She will be remembered and celebrated for her work and dedication to the entire State of Kansas in the many projects that she was a part of. She always cherished her work trips, the conferences, and all the memories that were created.
She took pride in her service as the Mayor of the "Big City" of Webber for many years as she sought to better the community and continue the legacies that where created.
While Lisa took pride in every single thing she was involved in and was so active in so many different things, her true pride and joy was her family and all of her grandchildren. You would not get through a conversation with her without talking about them. She loved spending time with her family, taking trips, going to sporting events, recitals, and eating dinner. Her favorite time of the week was when Todd and her would load up and go to dinner with the kids.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Michael and Larry Langer, in laws Neal and Jackie Boyles and brother-in-law Curt Boyles.
She will be truly missed by her parents Frank and Bonnie Langer, her husband Todd of Webber, daughters Brennan (Kevin) Hadley of Maize, Kansas and Callie (Lance Johnson) Boyles of Juniata, and her son Brett (Alisa) Boyles of Lindsborg, Kansas; eight grandchildren Daylen Hadley, Lauryn Molina, Nolan Hadley, Leighton Myers, Raylee Salm, Dawson Salm, Finnegan and Roselynn Boyles; and her sister Janelle (Jay) Sorensen of Murray, Nebraska; sisters-in-law Jody (Dan) Everhart of Superior and Sandra Boyles of Burr Oak; brothers-in-law Marty (Claudia) Boyles of Holcomb, Kansas, Richard (Kimma) Boyles of Esbon, Kansas and Joe (Kathy) Boyles of Mankato, Kansas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
