OBITUARY
Lisa Marie George of Beaufort, MO departed this life in Creve Coeur, MO on Monday, November 3, 2025, having reached the age of fifty-two years, ten months and twenty-eight days. Lisa was born in Phoenix, AZ on December 6, 1972, daughter of Helen Marie Mullis nee Busse.
Lisa is survived by her parents, Helen Mullis and husband, Fred, of Beaufort, MO; by one brother, Steven George and wife, Lura, of Lebanon, MO; by two step-siblings, Tina Cox and husband, John, of St. Clair, MO and Phillip Mullis and wife, Christine, of Concordia, MO; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Lisa was preceded in death by one brother, David George, Jr.; and by one step-brother, Watson Mullis.
Lisa was a Christian, having been raised in the Baptist faith and believing in the Lord as her Savior. During her working career she was employed as a manager for various restaurants in the area including McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Sonic and Walmart. She enjoyed watching movies and television shows. Lisa loved to cook and eat out at restaurants. She also loved to watch and play baseball and go fishing. What meant most to her was time spent with family and friends. Although she had no children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. The loved she shared with family and the many precious memories they created together will forever be cherished by them all.
A kind and loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Friday, November 7, 2025 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with a funeral service following at 11:00 AM officiated by Rev. Dick Hinson. Interment will be in Crestview Memorial Park in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to the ALS Association.
