Lisa, we never met but I considered you a dear friend because of the posts we exchanged on NextDoor. I will miss "talking" with you and seeing all the pictures of Gus and Carmella. RIP and condolences to your family.

I am devastated to hear of Lisa´s passing. She was so good to me and helped me during a low time in my life last year. She had the biggest heart in the world. I will pray for your family and miss her so much.

I knew Lisa from a distance. Her posts of Gus and Carmella on ND always brought a ray of joy to the day. She was a force of good. Positive and kind. She adopted Carmella from me, and so we texted a bit after her adoption and she always sent lovely pictures or videos. I admired Lisa's ability to put herself out there on social media, to be vulnerable. Her heart was a compassionate one. What a gift she was to others and the beloved animals that she cared for.
