Lisa Anne Kaser, 56, of Dover, passed away at Divine Healthcare in New Philadelphia on March 16, 2026 following a period of declining health.
Born in Methuen, Massachusetts on June 30, 1969, she was the daughter of Gail Marie (Hitchcock) Blackwell.
After graduating from high school, Lisa married her loving husband, Scott E. Kaser on May 12, 1990. She was a devoted wife, avid animal lover, gifted painter, and tremendous gardener. She found her greatest joy in spending time immersed in a book.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Scott, of Dover; her mother, Gail Blackwell; her mother-in-law, Betty Kaser; her step-father, Paul Blackwell; her brothers, David (Joyce) Blackwell, Brian (Teresa) Blackwell and Joseph Blackwell; sister-in-law, Cindy Kaser; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lisa was preceded in passing by her brother-in-law, Keith Kaser; and her sister-in-law, Annette Duval.
No public services will be held at this time.
