Lisa Kathleen "Kathy" Pemberton

Funeral services for Lisa K. Pemberton (Kathy), 58, of Coushatta will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, February 16, 2024 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with David Price officiating. Interment will follow in Davis Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the funeral home.
Lisa was born January 27, 1966 in Desoto Parish to Linda Crocker and Frances Alton Huff, Jr. She passed from the earth on February 12, 2024. She was a very loved mother of not only her two sons, but their friends as well. She loved her family and cherished every moment with them especially her grandchildren. She was always up for company and always would give love and advice when needed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Crocker; son, Wesley Wayne Pemberton; and very special aunt, Rosemary Huff.
Left to cherish her memory are son, Chadwick Lee Huff and daughter-in-law Hannah Hickman; fiance' Charles Hicks Jr.; father of her children, Gary Pemberton; grandchildren: Chandler Huff, Kambrie Huff, Montana Johnson, Micah Johnson, Mason Mondello, and Brionna Trabue; brothers, Bobby Laffitte, Shawn Goins (Holly), James Laffitte (Tanya); step-children, Amanda Hicks, Jarred Hicks (Melissa); sisters, Colinda Crocker, Debra Lynn Crocker, Betty Sue Gray, and Peggy Bailey; also special friend, JoAnn Wheeler; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Longino, Michael Layfield, Waylon Hickman, Kenneth Holt Jr., Willie L. Green, and Mason Mondello. Honorary pallbearers will be Chandler Huff, William Hickman, Gary Pemberton, Lance Delacerda Jr., and James Laffitte Jr.
