Lisa Marie "Lis" Rees

I met Lisa while attending the Essex Physical Therapy Yoga class on Saturday mornings. She always shared a space right next to me. She had a warm heart and always had such a positive personality. Our class members will miss her very much. My thoughts and prayers are with her husband and family members.

I attended Good Shepherd with Lisa. Although I did not know her well, my husband served on council with her and I experienced her through church gatherings as well. What I will always remember about Lisa is her positivity. She always had a smile and exuded kindness, warmth and generosity. And when she joined, she really joined! Not only becoming a member of Good Shepherd but joining council, helping with services, and becoming treasurer. She was not just part of the community but she fostered and built community and we were so blessed to have her honor us by choosing to join Good Shepherd. She will be missed.
