Obituary For Lisa Ann Smith

Lisa Ann Smith, 61, of Eau Claire passed away February 15, 2026.

Lisa was born in Rusk County, WI on December 27, 1964, to Carroll and Marjoie Smith.

Lisa was a spirited and awe-inspiring presence in the lives of those who loved her. She was smart and beautiful and certain with her forthright speech and decisive actions.

She was a lover of her family, babies, and animals. Her heart was soft and kind and her sense of right and wrong was vigilant. She took pride in her family history and collected information about her roots on both sides. She loved learning and knowledge. She enjoyed the world and all it offered and she was unapologetic about her pursuit of life. Although she lived a very private life in recent years, her loyalty to her ideals remained unwavering.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Carroll Smith; her mother, Marjorie Smith; her sister, Terri (Wayne) Drum; nephew, Bradley Bock; and nieces, Danielle Bock and Jessie Winger, and her beloved dogs, Teddy and Snowball.

Lisa is survived by her siblings, John (Diane) Winger, Sandy Winger, Russell (ZhongLing) Winger, and Barry Winger; nieces and nephews, Angela (Jay Braun) Seger, John Eric (Bryana) Winger, Derek Bock, Traci Jo (Don) Fowler, Heather Winger, Logan (Barbara) Winger, Shannon Winger, Ashley (Dan Mabry) Fullingham, Rustie (Pat) Leeder, Blake (Idalia), Kari (Alan) Zarecki, Yon Polinske, Brooke (Brad) Brown; grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was loved greatly and will be missed by her family and friends.
