Lisa Denise Taylor was born August 3, 1962 in Columbia, Ms. to the union of Eugene and Ollie Mae James Taylor. She departed this peaceful life on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Lewis County AHC in Hohenwald, Tennessee.
Lisa was educated in Mississippi. She attained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications at Jackson State University. She accepted Christ in her life and was a member of New Zion United Methodist Church in Columbia, Ms.
Lisa had a zeal for life. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family. She also enjoyed gardening, singing, puzzling, billiards, dominoes and basketball.
Lisa was preceded in death by both parents, Eugene and Ollie Mae Taylor, grandmother, Vivian Martin, grandfather, Odell James, Sr.
Those left to celebrate her life and love are her son, Vincent Eugene (Crysten Jade) Taylor, granddaughter, Ollie Mae Taylor, brothers, Perry Joseph Taylor, Sr., Robert Julius Taylor, Paul James Taylor, Sr., nieces, Lydia "Koko" Taylor, Maria Monique Taylor and nephew, Perry Joseph Taylor, Jr. several other relatives and friends.
