Lisa Ann Thompson, age 60, of Castalian Springs, TN, passed away January 23, 2025. She was born March 18, 1964 to the late Gerald Fay Freeman and Patricia Moss in Gallatin, TN.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Johnny Leon Thompson; her children, Lisa (Jonathan) Barton, Troy (Ashley) Pewitt, Brandon (Elizabeth) Thompson and Darrell (Megan) Thompson; her grandchildren, Abby, Nathan, Carrie, Myiah, Jeremiah, Heaven, Bella, Derek, Jayden, Rheagan, Savannah, Elsa, Elizabeth, Matthew and Leon; her siblings, Bren (Dave) Suddarth, Michael Freeman and Billy (Tammy) Freeman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Freeman; and her step-father, George Long.
Funeral services for Mrs. Thompson will be conducted on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. George Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Roberts Tabernacle Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Troy Pewitt, Brandon Thompson, Darrell Thompson, Jonathan Barton, Cameron Whitfield, Jacob Lynn, Jackson Lynn and Allen Suddarth. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Derek Thompson and Jimmy Schultis.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, January 27th from 12 till 8PM and again on Tuesday, January 28th from 9AM till service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one.
