Loana Martinez Obituary
Loana Gabriela Martinez, 22, of Hickory died Monday, August 18, 2025 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. Born, September 5, 2002 she was the daughter of Alfonso Geovanny Membreno and Eny Juliana Martinez. She was self employed at LG Lashes in Hickory as a Lash Extension Technician and Esthetician. She was a passionate entrepreneur and had a good work ethic. She enjoyed going to the gym, loved her dog, Koby and was a 2020 graduate of Hickory High School.
In addition to her parents; two brothers, Robert Membreno of Hickory and Carlos Membrano of Hickory; three sisters, Maryuri Tyson and husband Kyle of Sherrils Ford, Nayeli Lopez of Jacksonville, FL and Aylin Membreno of Hickory survive her.
The Funeral Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the chapel of Jenkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 2 to 3 p.m. in the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home, and burial will follow at Jenkins Cemetery.
THE FAMILY IS REQUESTING THAT EVERYONE WEAR WHITE TO THE SERVICE.
