Loida Smoot

Loida Smoot, 83, of Ponce, Puerto Rico passed away peacefully at her home in Kissimmee, Florida, surrounded by her loving family. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Bob Smoot. She is survived by her daughters: Elizabeth Frazier, Ivette Rojas and Loida Enid Pagan-Vazquez; by her stepchildren: Jacky, Robert and Kenny; by her grandchildren: Jessica Quintana, Ivelyn Cancel, Efrain Quintana, Jose Gonzalez, Ricardo O. Colon, Saul Colon, William Colon and Juan Colon; by 17 great-grandchildren; by 2 great-great-grandchildren; by her dear friend Elva; as well as extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 4pm to 8pm at Porta Coeli Funeral Home in Kissimmee, Florida. Religious services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 6pm. She will be laid to rest at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery in Kissimmee, Florida on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 12:30pm.

Loida will forever be remembered and loved by all those who knew her. May she rest in peace.
