Lois Ann Ruth Gould

Gould, Lois Ann Ruth - Age 82, of Flushing, passed away at home on November 26, 2025.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. (The funeral may be viewed by livestream from a link at Mrs. Gould's page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Burial will follow in Bendle Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4 - 8 PM Monday, December 1; and 10 AM until the time of funeral at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 2. Those desiring may make contributions to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Lois was born June 25, 1943 in Flushing, Michigan, the daughter of Floyd Eller and Virginia (Shaw) Eller. On December 9, 1961, she married Doyle Gould; he preceded her in death December 4, 2015. Together, they had three daughters. Lois' family was very important to her and she loved spending time with them. Lois worked at Flushing Community Schools for 27 years as a ParaProfessional. She enjoyed her collection of shoes and watching butterflies and birds, especially cardinals.

Surviving are: her three daughters, Chris White, Barb Staley (Keith Draper), Deanna (Ron) Huber; grandchildren, Melissa (Justin), Jeremy, Jason (Alesha), Austin (Heather), Dylan (Hadley), Alex, Zach; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maxine Torok and Judy Biebel; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Doyle Edward Gould, she was preceded in death by her parents; sons-in-law, Jeff White and Rick Staley; granddaughter, Sammy Sasse; brother, Larry Eller.
