Lois Jean Goddard Campbell, affectionately known as "Lossie," passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, in St. Peters, Missouri, at the age of 92. Born on August 18, 1932, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, Lois filled her years with kindness, love, and an unwavering commitment to her family.

A proud graduate of Martins Ferry High School, Class of 1950, she dedicated 22 years of her professional life to Harris and Harris as a Claims Manager, where her hardworking nature shone brightly. Yet, it was in her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother where Lois truly excelled, earning her some of her proudest accomplishments. She cherished her marriage of 56 years to her beloved husband, Robert Lee Campbell, Jr., and reveled in the joy of raising three wonderful boys — Kip, Kevin, and Jon.

Lois had a warm and welcoming spirit that extended to all who knew her. Her love for family was evident in everything she did. She took great joy in making each family visit feel special, ensuring everything was “perfect” for her loved ones. Christmases were especially memorable as her family went on an annual trek to Louisville for a celebration that Mom and Dad hosted, creating cherished memories that will be carried on by her sons, Kevin (Linda) Campbell and Jon (Pam) Campbell, and her daughter-in-law, Nancy Campbell, alongside her grandchildren, Curt, Carrie, Meredith, Megan, Ian, Shelby, Natalie and Courtney, and her great-grandchildren, Allison, Elliot, Everett, Nora, Quinn, Camilla, LeGend, Ayla, and Austin.

Lois is predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert, her sons, Robert Lee Campbell III and Kip Michael Campbell, her dear parents, John and Irene Goddard, and her sister, Betty Lou Alpern.

As we remember Lois, we celebrate a life filled with love that left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, devotion to family, and cherished traditions will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
