Lois Coltrinari Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Aspen Mortuaries - Arvada on Feb. 2, 2022.
Lois Mary Coltrinari March 13, 1934 – January 18, 2022
Surrounded by much love, Lois Mary Coltrinari passed away on Tuesday January 18, 2022, at her home in Denver, Colorado. Lois was born on March 13, 1934, to Hazel (Hume) and Miles McLeod in Morewood, Ontario, Canada.
In 1954 she married Enzo Coltrinari, her husband of 57 years. Lois is survived by her brothers Gene and Ronald McLeod and sister Wilda (McLeod) Goddard, her children Vickie (Coltrinari) and Brian Stevinson, Richard and Debbie (Putnam) Coltrinari, Nicco and Bernadette (Turzanski) Coltrinari, and Dino and Julie (Hudson) Coltrinari, along with eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Ralph and John McLeod and sisters Freda (McLeod) Wilde and Louva (McLeod) Shields.
Lois lived a meaningful, productive, and caring life as a committed nurse, devoted wife, mother and grandparent, involved homemaker, competitive curler, and a talented craftswoman. Her endless love for her family and life itself was best shown over the last ten years of her life as she battled with health issues. She will be missed more than words but will be forever alive in our hearts.
Until we meet again.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Aspen Mortuary. A family celebration of life will be held this summer.

Lois Mary Coltrinari was my great grandmother she was fun, smart, amazing, and a very kind woman. When I found out she was dead I had known her for 9 years. In the short time I knew her I knew she was a gentle soul and an amazing grandmother. I´m lucky to say she´s a part of my family and life. I remember when she would talk though she only said one word I knew she meant great things and love. Though I only knew her for a short period of her life I don´t wish for a more time with her as she is happier in heaven with my great grandfather her husband.I love you grandma.
