CABLE – Lois "Arlene" Haulman, 82 of Cable, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 in Vancrest of Urbana.
Arlene was born on July 23, 1943 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, to the late Dano Calvin and Lois Imogene (Fullerton) Grimes.
Arlene lived a full and joyful life, and some of her happiest days were spent traveling with her husband, Rodger, to antique tractor shows. It was something they loved doing together, and they treasured those trips over the years. This year, Arlene and Rodger celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, a milestone that meant so much to them and their family. They attended Mt. Carmel Friends Church for many years.
Arlene is survived by her loving husband, Rodger Edwin Haulman; daughter, Jill (William) Pierce; son, Dana (Charlene) Haulman; grandchildren, Matthew (Morgan) Pierce, Rachel (Travis) Bumgardner, Dain (Sarah Hibbert) Haulman, Dustin (Cheyenne) Haulman; as well as five great-grandchildren. Her family also included many extended family members and good friends.
Arlene is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald Grimes.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24, 2025 in Mt. Carmel Friends Church, Cable, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025 in the church with Pastors Jim Davis and Josh Cox officiating.
Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
