Lois Rupert

A graveside service will be held for Lois Rupert at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025 at Union Chapel Cemetery.
Delois F. Kendall Rupert was born June 18, 1933, in Sapulpa, OK. She was a longtime resident of Grand Prairie, where she owned a new construction cleaning business, and then worked for Grand Prairie ISD until she retired in 2003. She enjoyed playing bingo and watching her game shows and westerns. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. She moved to Grand Saline in 2023 to live with her daughter and be close to family.
Lois passed away at the age of 92 on June 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Kendall and Etta Romine Kendall; sisters, Wanda, Ada, and Ollie Mae; brothers, Robert and George; three infant siblings; and her grandson, Clint Gilmore.
Survivors include her children, Fred Rupert and wife, Sue, of Venus, Donna Rupert of Grand Saline, and Lawanna Gilmore and husband, Tony, of Grand Saline; brother, James Kendall; grandchildren, Christy Harris, Jason Harris, Adam Rupert, and Brandy Rupert; great-grandchildren, Dustin Mullins, Logan Hobbs, Preston Hobbs, Cayla Decker, Jasiee Harris, Alex Harris, Kylie Rupert, Cody Rupert, and Dillon Rupert; and great-great-grandchildren, Riley Maverick, Ranger, Landon, Bennett, and Brixton.
