Lois Russo, age 78, of Lewisburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 10, 2025, at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born September 15, 1947, in Paterson, NJ, she was the beloved daughter of the late Edward Drumheller and Ruth Evers Villani.
Lois was a dedicated homemaker and a woman of Christian faith. Throughout her life, she found joy in the simple pleasures—cooking delicious meals for her family and friends, spending time with animals, and listening to her favorite music. In her younger years, she cherished horseback riding, embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
Lois was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Russo; her sister, Joan Munck; and her brother, Bobby Drumheller. She leaves behind a large and loving family who will continue to honor her memory: her children, Joseph Russo (Dena), Dawn Fezza (Michael), Stephanie Cantrell (Matthew), Debra Jones (Michael), and Gena Botross (Mina); her brother, Pete Villani (Denise); and her sister, Judith Southard. Lois was also blessed with fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Lois will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched with her kindness and love. Her spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew her.
