My heart is heavy hearing of Lois passing. We had so much fun in school especially in Lincoln elementary. Her laugh was infectious. Her heart was made of gold. God bless her ❤ My condolences to her family in this time of sorrow.

So sad to read about the passing of Lois. Not only did I graduate with Lois,
I also waited on Eddie & Lois many times, at the Hilltop Steak House. They were always sweet, kind, and funny, Lois had the most contagious giggle!!
My condolences to Eddie and family. May you RIP Lois. xo

Thanks be to God who blessed us with such a kind, generous lady. I met Lois in 1980 upon the beginning of my tenure at Boston Children's Hospital. For all the years since then, I could always depend upon Lois to be that dependable co-worker. She was always reading some sort of novel and she had that beautiful laugh. BCH will thoroughly miss her.
I pray that God will bring comfort and peace to her family. As the days turn into months, keep them in your loving arms Lord Jesus.
The Bible says that "every good and perfect gift comes from above". I bless you Lord for your gift of Lois. Please send us more like her. I praise you for her and I pray that Jesus will welcome her home.
With love for a dear friend!

My heart goes out to all of you... I feel like we were one family when we were growing up. I'm sorry we didn't stay in touch frequently, but I treasure those early memories. Lois was a special person who I remember always laughing. My deepest sympathy to everyone at this difficult time.

It is with a heavy heart that I communicate the sad news on the passing of Lois Squires, Supervisor of ISD Data Operations. Lois' tenure at Boston Children's Hospital began in 1976 and for the majority of time here kept the "overnight watch" of multiple staff members, data centers and business applications so the rest of us could enjoy our free time knowing she was at the ready. Her kindness, respect and support towards others along with her commitment to our institutional mission was always her priority. She will be missed not only as a co-worker but as a friend and confidante. Her dedication to both work and family was exemplary and will be her lasting legacy in all of our hearts, to her family, friends and her extended Boston Children's Hospital family.
May you rest in peace our friend.
Respecfully your coworkers of BCH.

My heart is so saddened to hear that Lois has died. We went through high school together and she was always such a doll with a very infectious giggle. I loved to run into her and her Mom around downtown Melrose especially on Saturdays when they were on their way to the Hilltop for lunch--a beloved mother/daughter tradition!
I will miss her kind heart, her unbelievable sense of humor and her beautiful smile. Soar with the Angels, Lois!
