Long Ho Obituary
He was born on January 2, 1948, in Phan Rang, Vietnam, to the late O Thi Tran and Tiet Sy Ho. On October 21, 1970, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Muoi Thi Tran, in Phan Rang, Vietnam. Together, they shared a devoted marriage and built a legacy of faith and family.
Mr. Ho completed his high school education and honorably served his country as a First Lieutenant in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam. Following his military service, he devoted his life to creativity, faith, and service to others. He was a gifted singer, poet, composer, songwriter, and artist, using his talents to inspire and uplift those around him.
Above all, Long Ky Ho was a man of deep and unwavering faith. He served faithfully as an ordained Deacon at the Vietnamese Gospel Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He wished to be remembered foremost for his strong faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom he loved and served wholeheartedly.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Muoi Thi Tran; his four children, Vy Thi Tran Ho, Tho My Tran Ho, Tuan Tran Anh Ho, and Vincent Hong An Ho; six cherished grandchildren, Vinh Minh Pham, Tien My Pham, Khoa Ky Anh Ho, Thu Ky Anh Ho, Daniel Minh Ho, and Natalie Nha Dan Ho; and one precious great-grandchild, Olivia Kate Asis Pham.
He is also survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Tai Mac, Dung Minh Pham, and Thuan Thi Kim Nguyen, and his granddaughters-in-law, Binh Y Uyen Nguyen and Ariane Mendoza Asis Pham.
A Mourning Service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Lewis Funeral Chapel, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 11:30 a.m.. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, 5001 Midland, Fort Smith, AR 72904.
The family respectfully requests that no donations be made; they are grateful for your presence as you honor and remember their beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
