Lonnie Phelps Obituary
He was born January 16, 1957, in Louisville, to the late Mahaley Julian and Doris Jean Helm Phelps. He was a carpenter and machinist. He was a Christian and enjoyed woodworking, playing the guitar and fishing.
Lonnie is survived by his son, Joey (Amanda) Phelps of Florida; one grandson, Cooper Phelps of Florida; two sisters, Mae (Kenneth) Sellers of Missouri and Wanda (Jim) Woods of Elizabethtown; a brother, Lester (Patricia) Phelps of Clarkson and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM (CST), Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Rogers Funeral Home in Clarkson with Bro. Randall Dennis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Hardin County.
Visitation will be after 8:30 AM (CST), Tuesday at the funeral home.
