Lonnie Mack was born in Clinton, IN to Howard Russell and Helen Thompson on August 5, 1950. He was in the United States Army; he was a retired coal miner and had worked at Peabody Camp 2.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years Theresa Thompson; daughter Jenny Creekmur (Mark) of Murfreesboro, TN; son Mack Thompson (April) of Dixon; sister Linda Vincent of Titusville, FL; brother Danny Thompson of El Paso, TX; 5 grandchildren Blake Creekmur (Katie), Brett Creekmur, Mackenzie Thompson (Isaiah), Addison Thompson (Luke) and Mason Thompson.
Private graveside services were held in Rocksprings Cemetery in Wheatcroft.
Memorial contributions can be made to Rocksprings Cemetery, c/o Dennis Williams, 3414 State Route 2837, Clay, KY 42404 and St. Anthony's Hospice, 2410 South Green St., Henderson, KY 42420
