Notably, Lora graduated from Edison High school class of 1973. She then went on to work at the phone company for 30 years. She lived a full life always spending time with family, friends and her many beloved dogs.
She is survived by her husband Mike of 48 years, her sister Judy Stroad, Sister-in-laws; Cindy Epps, Linda (Luis) Ares, and Debbie Gilbertson, Nieces; Karlynn (Vince) Stroad, Amy (Paul) Manthei, Carmen (Derrick) Ares White, Nephews; Corey (Katie) Stroad, Cody (Johnna) Stroad, Kenny (Lori) Gilbertson, Todd (Lynn) Gilbertson, Shane (Julie) Lourey, Luis Ares, and Milton (Jennifer) Ares, as well as many great nephews, great nieces, friends, and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her Mom; Lauretta Gilbertson, Dad; Howard Gilbertson, Brothers; Lyle Gilbertson and Gale Gilbertson, Sister; Linda Maxwell, Nieces; Kris Maxwell and Diana Ares, Nephew; Jake Gilbertson, and Brother-in-law Vance Stroad.
Please join us for a memorial service at the Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel November 29th 2025 at 3pm with a visitation one hour prior. Reception to follow our memorial service.
