Loren David Rahe

Loren David Rahe, affectionately known as "LT, passed away on November 4, 2025, at the age of 59 in his hometown of York, Pennsylvania. Born on July 6, 1966, in York, PA, he was the beloved son of the late David and Martha Rahe.
After graduating from Red Lion Area Senior High School, Loren honorably served in the Navy for two years, dedicating himself to his country with the same passion he brought to every aspect of his life. Following his military service, he pursued a career as a roofer, working various jobs within the industry and earning respect for his hardworking and reliable nature.
Loren was a lifelong and passionate fan of Dale Earnhardt, embodying the spirit of NASCAR fandom in every race he watched. He also fervently supported the Dallas Cowboys, carrying his team spirit through every season.
He is survived by his sister May Lawson and her husband Jessie, nieces Elizabh Marcia Banegas (and her daughter Kalany Marcia Banegas) and Santana Lawson; sister Betsy Hargrave, nephew William Chapman (and his wife Liena Chapman) along with their children Ella and David Chapman, and niece Samantha Chapman; half-sister Trema Spangler and nephew Nicholas Cone.
Loren's legacy of warmth, dedication, and spirited enthusiasm for his interests will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
