Lorena Robinson Obituary
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 at the First Congregational Church of La Salle. Burial will be at Peru City Cemetery. Visitation for Lorena Robinson will be in the church on Saturday from 10 until time of services. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle has been entrusted with her arrangements.

Truly one of the most witty and thoughtful ladies I´ve had the privilege of knowing. She cut out every newspaper article that even mentioned the word "wedding" and gave them to me while I was planning mine. She will be so missed around the Village. My condolences to her wonderful family!

As I would come down the hall she would sing to me My Bonnie lyes down in the ocean my Bonnie lyes in sea oh bring back my Bonnie to me always end with a big hug. I will miss her.

A longtime family friend and active church member, Lorena was a vital woman who was always interested in others´ well being. Her constant smile and energy brightened family visits to the farm for picnics, hayrides, and Halloween parties in the barn. She often gave helpful culinary advice, the result of her home economics background. In her recent years she wrote poetry. She will be missed. Condolences to Bill, Barry, and Rick.
