I worked with Lorenzo several times at Optum. I hoped one day to meet him. He mentioned getting together at the Boordy Vineyards. He was a good man. He will be missed.

My prayers are with Lorenzo's family. I didn't know him very long; he did lead the interview for my job and served as the go-to when I had no other options because I knew how busy he was. He always had the answer and with great humor. In my interview he spent about 5 minutes asking about my technical knowledge, then he said "good, sounds like you know your stuff. Now tell me about your favorite cheese." He was half serious and we talked about our favorite cheeses. I've strived to be a good humored as him at work since I met him. I'm sure he has many more meaningful legacies but that is what he left me and I'm thankful for it. RIP.

Lorenzo was my friend, mentor, and lastly my senior leader with optum. I will never forget our conversations about our families, and how PROUD he was of his kids and how much he loved his wife, along with our conversations about shooting and golf. He was one of the most brilliant minds I have ever known and will truly be missed. RIH Lorenzo.
