Loretta Jean Arnaudville, left this world on Monday, September 15, 2025. She was a remarkable woman whose life was marked by dedication, creativity, and an enduring love for her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Riley Arnaudville, seven siblings, and parents.

Loretta is survived by her children: TommieLynn Reed (John); their children: (Jack and Jill); Riley (Sha-Marie); their son (Christopher); Emile, Joey (Gay); their children: (Joey, Chris, Patrick, Gabriel, David (Winter), Sean, and William); Mark (Nancy); their children: (Hope, Mark Jr., Stanley and WillyRay); Amy; Frank; his children: (Emilio, Gianna, and Avery.) and 11 great-grandchildren.

Born on March 23, 1947 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Loretta's proudest accomplishments were many, and they reflected the essence of her character. She was an accomplished guitarist and an active member of her church choir, where she shared her passion for music and faith. Loretta served as a teacher at her local Catholic church, imparting knowledge and values to the children with enthusiasm and kindness. She was a constant source of joy, known for her captivating energy and spirit that lit up any room.

Her love for cooking was legendary among her family and friends. Loretta delighted in preparing traditional dishes, especially during the holidays, with her renowned Baklava, Tamales, and her homemade bread bringing smiles to the faces of all who gathered around her table. She also put her creativity to work, famously creating the beloved pumpkin parade that became a cherished tradition within her family and friends.

A collector of saints, Loretta had a deep devotion to her faith, serving as a kid protector and guiding light in the lives of those around her. Her joyful disposition and unwavering belief in the power of love and kindness made her an inspiration to all.

Although she has departed, Loretta's legacy will continue to resonate through the lives she touched, particularly within her family.

To honor her memory, a Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 3rd St SW, 87102. Loretta will be laid to rest at 1:30pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N Guadalupe St. 87501.

As we celebrate the life of Loretta Jean Arnaudville, we remember her as a beacon of joy, a nurturing soul, and a devoted figure to her loved ones. She will forever remain in the hearts of those she cherished, fondly remembered for her love of family, her passion for music, and the happiness she brought into this world.

Pallbearers will be Logen, Mark, Jack, Riley, Kirk, and Joey.
