Loretta May Davis, age 82, of Springfield, passed away August 10, 2025. She was born May 28, 1943 in Rumble, West Virginia to the late Herbert and Lulah Pauley. In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by 2 husbands: Frank E. Williams and Leo Kenneth Davis, Jr.; sons: Danny Ray Williams and David Lee Williams; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Loretta is survived by her children: Elizabeth McIntosh (Don), Michael Williams, Frank Williams (Connie) and Teresa Semons (Frank); 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Loretta graduated from Stivers High School and later earned her Associate's Degree.
She worked in Home Health Care for many years. Loretta was an ordained minister and enjoyed speaking to many people and to different churches.
She loved going to church, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 am on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where her funeral service will begin at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville. To share a memory of Loretta or to send her family a special message, please sign the online guestbook provided.
