It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mother Loretta Mills Gilliard, 79, who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. Born on June 26, 1946, in Claxton, she was a woman of faith, grace, and devotion to her family and community. Mrs. Gilliard's life was a testament to love, strength, and kindness. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
