Loretta Meehan Obituary
Loretta Faye Meehan, 91, of Stuttgart, widow of Richard Meehan, passed away Thursday, Dec.18, at her home.
She was born Sept. 11, 1934, in Stuttgart to William H. and Helen Brewer Watkins. She was a homemaker and member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kerry Maier; and grandson, Garrett Murray.
Survivors are three daughters, Lauri Tull of Hot Springs and Pam Burdett (J.P. Shifflett) and Kristi Maddox (Jason) of Stuttgart; grandchildren, Nicole Moore (Justin), Taylor Burdett (Nikki), Wade Tull, Lukas Murray (Alyssa), Jaelyn Addison (Darrin), Jenna Watlington (Preston) and Jacob Maddox (Breigh); great-grandchildren, Jaylon Casey, Marlee, Niyah and Karshall Moore, Easton and Cooper Burdett, Sage Murray, Wrenley Addison and Ilah Maddox; and beloved caregivers, Laura Fox and Jenny Meacham.
Visitation is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at Turpin Funeral Home chapel followed by funeral services, officiated by Pastor Ray Vester, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery.
The family requests memorials be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 205 E. Fifth St., Stuttgart, Ark. 72160; or the donor’s choice.
