Loretta S. Tomasini

of Margate, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Born on July 1, 1936 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, she was the eleventh of twelve children born to the late Julio and Vincenza Tomasini. "Aunt" Loretta graduated from Atlantic City High School, earned a Bachelor's Degree from Glassboro College and proceeded to teach at St. Michael's Catholic School in Atlantic City, New Jersey for many years. Her devotion to her Catholic faith, especially to Jesus, her Lord and Savior, was demonstrated by her many acts of service and her determination to never miss a mass. Throughout her long life, Aunt Loretta was a constant support to her large family, especially to her siblings. As one of the youngest, Aunt Loretta sadly saw all of them leave this world, truly being the end of an era. Aunt Loretta is survived by her loving niece Denyne, her loving nephew David (wife, Christine, stepsons Logan and Clayton), along with her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews who all brought so much joy to her heart. With so many siblings, Aunt Loretta was fortunate to be able to share in their lives with their spouses. She is also survived by her bother Norman's wife, Theresa Tomasini. To all who knew Aunt Loretta, her talents for cooking and baking will be sorely missed, especially around the holidays. As we celebrate Loretta's life, we remember Loretta's kindness and love of family.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 22nd at 9:30 a.m., followed by a 10:30 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael's Church, 10 N. Mississippi Avenue, Atlantic City.
