Lori La Preal Parker Obituary
She was born February 28, 1964, in Salt Lake City, Utah. To Robert and Myrna Nelson Parker. Her family moved to Bellingham when she was nine months old.
Later her family moved to Lynden area when she was seven where they lived for Twelve years before moving back to Bellingham in 1984.
Lori is survived by her Daughter Tanya Van Boven, Grandchildren Sky DuLong Glicl (Alex), Tyren and Kahlil Strode and Great Granddaughters Judell, Amilia and Alex Glicl.
Her Parents Robert and Myrna Nelson Parker of Bellingham, brothers Jared (Dawn), of Bellingham, Travis (Amy) of Orcas Island, And sister Cindy Olivarez (Hector). And many Nieces and Nephews. Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Merwin White and Mildred Louise Coss Parker of Bellingham and Buford and Mary LaPreal Caldwell Nelson of Utah. and Cousin Ward Parker of Bellingham. Uncles Dale Parker of Nevada and Merwin Parker of Washington.
Lori attended schools in Lynden, Bellingham, and Tacoma Community College.
Lori was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She loved being outdoors, Hunting, Fishing, Hiking and Camping with her puppy Chubbs. There will be no funeral services at her request. Later a graveside gathering to be Planned.
In Lieu of flowers she wanted donations to go to Hospice House or Cancer Center.
