Lori Ponstein, age 60, of Zeeland, entered her heavenly home on June 15, 2024.
Lori shared 40 years of marriage with her husband, Randy Ponstein. For two decades, she poured her heart and soul into the students at Zeeland Public Schools, she had a passion for working with children with special needs and seeing them be all they could be. She is survived by her husband, Randy Ponstein; children and grandchildren: Craig and Sam Ponstein (Brinna, Kabe, Edynn), Kelli and Mike Mulder (Canaan, Sienna, Brecklyn), Amanda and James Tiemeyer (Kennedi, Ellisyn, Oaklyn, Coleson); siblings: Sandy and Wayne Geurink, Linda Styf, Rick and Sandy Bussis, Mark and Deb Bussis; in laws: Gret and John Lamer, Bob and Rita Ponstein, Don and Sally Ponstein, Joan and Jerry Herweyer, Scott Ponstein; as well as many nephews and nieces.
