Wow this is like new to me, I am so sorry that Lori is no longer with us. I one of Lori caregiver for about 2 years. Lori was such a great person kind and loving. Over the years I thought about her so last night she was on my mind so I decided to google her name just to see that she has been gone for almost 4 years, it hit me hard. Sleep in peace my dear

I want to say that I will never forget the times I spent with Lori. She was always kind and thoughtful and interested in all that happened around her. She was dispite her handicap always considerate of others. She had a great sense of humor and was able to put everything in perspective. I am proud to have had her as a niece. She was an enrichment to my life, a true representative of southern womanhood. I only wish she could have been with us longer.

So sad. Lori was such a sweetheart. She would come into my office every year to get her Christmas/New Years cards printed. Always delightful and a great sense of humor. I know she is running beside the angels and her kitties.

I just came across this announcement, and I am heartbroken (and relieved at the same time). Lori fought so many hard battles for so long, always making those around her stand in awe. She was as beautiful inside as she was outside, and I remember my heart skipping a beat when I first saw her on the Ole Miss campus. Back in 2009, I ran into her in Atlanta after watching "The Blind Side." It had been several years, but I immediately recognized that light that she always radiated, and I waded through a crowd to stop her, introduce myself and to tell her how much her life has meant to me. I wish I had taken more time to talk longer. See you in heaven, sweet girl.

I am so sorry to learn of Lori's death! My daughter was a sorority sister of Lori's and a friend. It was always said that in a school full of beautiful young women, Lori was one of the MOST beautiful, inside and out. I remember her well while she was at Ole Miss and then again when she lived in Atlanta. I feel privileged to have known her even slightly.

To the Sneed and Henry families: May you treasure the countless moments of laughter; the lives God "through Lori" put in your path. In those short 26 years her territory was enlarged way more than we can imagine. We give thanks for being part of her "extended family". We are praying for you. Be encouraged! "It only takes a spark... Let's pass it on.. Love, Bongi Richards (big sister)

For many years, I ran a creaky follow spot for the Coast Cotillion. Years of young ladies, introduced in white gowns mostly poised, sometimes modest, occasioally timid, often proud and serious. But the year Lori entered escorted by Shorty in a bundle of giggles that errupted that ballroom with genuine joy and impossible to stifle laughter, well now that was something to feel and remember.
My family will hold in our hearts the Sneed and Henry families. Our condolences.

I didn't know Lori personally, only through her friends and acquaintances. Each and everyone has always spoken so highly of her passion for life, incredible personality and instant connection to everyone she met.
I'm sorry I never met Lori, but the testimony of others lets me know that she was special and will be missed by many. My prayers for the Sneed Family and those that loved her.
