She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Charles and Madeline Whitley.
Lori is survived by her children, Monica Nastasi and Kurtis Charles Nastasi (Brittany); her beloved grandchildren, Mason Henly, Gabe Nastasi, and Adrien Jimenez; and her siblings, Lisa Vinson (Raymon), Charles Whitley, and Lana Mancher (Dale). She is also survived by her niece, Alexis Vinson, and her nephews, Damien Manchester, Donoven Manchester, CJ Whitley, and Christopher Whitley.
