Lorraine Patricia Capps, age 67, of Seymour, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, January 16, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Coming originally from Kingsport, TN, residing in the Seymour and Knoxville area for many years. She worked for Brown Chiropractic with 17 years of service and was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by those who knew her. She was the daughter of the late Fred and Malta Moats and is survived by her loving and husband and best friend, Manley Kent "Kasey" Capps; Daughter serving in the U.S. Navy in San Diego, Krystal L. Wilson; Son, Roger Wilson; Daughter-in-law, Tammy Erskin; Grandson soon to be born, Kent Wilson; Sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Ronnie Bennett; many Nieces, Nephews, Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law; Mark and Rhonda Capps, Marie Capps, Mike and Susie Capps and their daughter Jasmine Capps, Mitch Capps, Mickey Capps, Ben Capps, Amelia Capps, Melody Horocek, Justin Shanabarger, Kevin and Stephanie Shanabarger, Stephen and Jessie Shanabarger, Lena and Reily Shanabarger, Becky and Mike Perslayer, and other family also survive. A Celebration of Lorraine's Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in the Smith Trinity Chapel. Family and friends will assemble on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Kindricks Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery, Kingsport, TN for the Interment. Contributions may be made to Kasey Capps to assist with funeral expenses. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
