Lori Anne was my cousin. I am sad that she has left us ---- at too young an age. Although we never lived in the same community, she was always gracious and helpful on those occasions when we were together. I was fond of her and her parents.

Dear Family and Friends.
I have known Lorie since the 1980's when she was in the NIH lab of Dr. Gerald Aurbach and I am heartbroken to hear of her passing. We shared early interests in parathyroid physiology (a tiny cell and tiny world) and Lorie made many wonderful creative contributions there too. She stayed a friend for so many years. She was always so fun to see at meetings, always fun to talk to and share with. She always had a smile and deep human warmth. She will stay in my heart and prayers. She had a love for life and a zest for it, and her contributions and caring go far to show that. She is a standout and a credit to the profession. With affection and memories for her. Dolores.

Dear family and friends of Lori,
I share my sadness with you on Lori's passing. I knew her since she was at the Mayo clinic and we remained connected through our shared interest in bone biology. She and I both trained at the NIH - a shared experience that served to bind us.
She was an intelligent and kind person, always an advocate for patients and trainees.
She will be missed by all of us in the bone field that knew her.
